Sales Supervisor, Modern Trade (1 Position)

Position Summary

Compensation

  • Competitive salary
  • 13th month’s salary
  • Sales incentive (monthly and annual)
  • Package allowances up to 200$ depends on the assigned areas
  • NSSF, Health and Accident insurance
  • Leave according to the labor law of the Kingdom of Cambodia

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Deliver quarterly and yearly sales target
  • Ensure products distribution with visibility, availability and accessibility
  • Develop, monitor and recommend improvement initiatives on business process, customer services
  • Build good relationship with customers and networks to understand customer need and achieve business goal
  • Well-known industry market and competitors
  • Improve kay account management experience in fast moving consumer goods
  • Retain existing sales distribution and expand new customers
  • Assist in annual negotiation on treading terms, conditions and agreements
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Graduate bachelor degree in sales or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG or similar industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication problem solving skills
  • Good in writing and speaking English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite application.

Sales Representative, Modern Trade (1 Position)

  • Leave according to the labor law of the Kingdom of Cambodia

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Ensure monthly sales target is achieved and expand new items
  • Ensure products distribution with visibility, availability and accessibility
  • Responsible in stores activities with its effectiveness
  • Build strong relationship with customers and expand networking
  • Follow and cover daily route plan and deliver sales productivities
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Graduate or Undergraduate Degree holder in sales or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG or similar industry.
  • Ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ability to deliver customer satisfaction, which results in referrals, references, and repeat business.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Implement and achieve all sales plan, sales target
  • Ensure products distribution with visibility, availability and accessibility in all channel within respective areas.
  • Know the area very well for number of customers, their volume potential and risks,
  • Follow and cover daily route plan and deliver sales productivities (Outlet visit, successful call, strike rate and performance)
  • Ability to build good relationship with customers
  • Report any competitor’s activities, price update to line manger every week, month
