Sales Supervisor
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Manage a mature portfolio of existing and upcoming pharmaceutical suppliers.
- Achieves monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target and marketing objectives.
- Generate data, organize and provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales report to be presented and provide to direct report. Provide analysis on the actual sales in each report.
- Manages, leads and train sales representatives. Ensure SR competency is maintained at its best quality.
- Initiate and assist in creating opportunities to improve availability and sales of slow and non-moving products.
- Leads and implement daily, weekly and monthly sales and call plans. Identifies and resolves potential issues regarding behavior and performance of Sales Representatives
- Manage or allocate manpower to vacant areas in order to fill the gap in the sales operation until new staff is recruited.
- Schedules regular work with the Sales Representatives in the field, uncover challenges and difficulties surrounding the team and conducting coaching and counseling to improve performance.
- Develops and maintain relationship with key customers by conducting regular visit, exploring and uncovering specific needs and anticipating opportunities. Actively responds to key issues regarding stocks, schemes, prices and product availability in the pharmacies
- Conducts and provides markets survey and information, analyzing data and summarizing the trends. Assists in preparation regular reports of competitor’s updates.
- Regularly monitors stock inventory and provides inventory movement with key customers and accounts
- Coordinate directly with Medical team to clarify the prescription program
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Cambodian National
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience as a Sales Supervisor in Pharmaceutical industry or related field.
- Strong leadership, management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills
- Willingness to work independently and in the field regularly
- Advance computer skills especially Power point, Word and Excel
- Good command of English language, both written and speaking
Sales Representative
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Manage existing sales and new product from assigned principals. Keep informed of inventory status.
- Manage designated territory by planning, meeting and taking order/s from pharmacies and processing orders on time.
- Takes responsibility in filling out sales orders (SO) with the right information e.g., payment terms, qty, price, customer information etc.
- Maintain and Update master list regularly and keep information of customers correct.
- Regular and consistent visit with existing customers. Maintain a fix number of daily, weekly and monthly visit to pharmacies
- Updates competitor’s activities such as prices, deals and promotions. Assists in conducting price survey in the market.
- Implement selling activities and pharmacy programs
- Participate in daily and weekly team meeting.
- Efficiently use marketing resources such as samples, budget allocation and promotional items
- Cambodian national
- Male or Female
- 1-2 years work experience as sales representative is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Hardworking, Ability to build and establish sales relationship with customers
- Basic English skills both written and oral
- Basic computer knowledge
