Duties & Responsibilities:
- Market planning: Quarterly/ Monthly/ Weekly
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales target
- Report to sales manager directly
- Support arrangement of monthly sales meeting
- Control and monitor sales report from sales executive
- Handling customer’s complaint
- Support sales team to implement sales policy
- Doing market research and collect market share
- Collecting customer feedback
- Oversee sales team performance Vs. sales target
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Keeping up to date with products/services and competitors
- Other tasks assigned by upper level
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good is preferred
Work History:
- At least experiences in sales and marketing for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Basic market understanding
- Good written, communication, and planning skills
- Knowledge in problem solving and planning
- Knowledge in Microsoft office, internet and email, and social media
- Good command of English is a plus
Soft Skills
- Good presentation skill
- Persuasive and leadership, honest and commitment
- Open minded, motivate, and inspire others
- Able to travel and visit market
