We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to promote and expand the distribution of our Naga Balm and Coco Khmer products across pharmacy outlets. The role involves building strong relationships with pharmacists, ensuring product visibility, driving sales growth, and educating partners on product benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales & Distribution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Naga Balm and Coco Khmer products in pharmacy outlets or wholesale.
- Ensure consistent product availability and visibility at point-of-sale.
- Expand coverage by onboarding new pharmacy partners.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and purchasing managers.
- Negotiate terms, promotions, and credit arrangements where applicable.
- Product Promotion
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for pharmacy staff.
- Educate partners on product benefits, usage, and brand story to overcome objections.
- Market Intelligence
- Collect feedback on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
- Report customer complaints, challenges, and opportunities to management.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and partner communications. - Support marketing campaigns and retail activations in pharmacy outlets or wholesale.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field is preferred
Work History:
- Sales experience, ideally in FMCG, wellness, or pharmaceutical products for 1 to 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with pharmacy operations and retail distribution is an advantage.
