Sales Representative
Direct Report: Sales Supervisor
Location: EWCB-Field Based, Siem Reap Province
THE ROLE
In this job you work in several provinces. In the assigned area you monitor and coordinate sales and distribution of seeds, you give technical support to selected seed shops, sales strategy and promotional activities. You work in close cooperation with our distributor(s).
- Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing/products/trends in the market
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule
- Maintaining relationships with important old and new clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, issues, challenges and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Provide sale focus with a currency
- Identify potential customers and collect information about their capacity
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Other task assigned by superior
- Bachelor Degree in Agronomy
- 2-3 years working experiences in agriculture industry
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Prior experience in Market Survey or data collection work will be preferred
- Ambitious, active and eager to learn new things
- Passionately, Honest, Punctual and able to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate with all levels particularly clients
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality; good communication skill
- Able to coordinate with input dealer, collector and relevant partner
- Able to travel to provinces, long hours on the roads
- Able to jump out and help other workers if and when they need help.
