Sales Officer
Salary: 500 to 700 $ - Bonus upon sales targets
Job Description
The Sales Officer closely works with the General Manager and the Chief Operating Officer based in Bangkok to develop target income goals. Goal-oriented and driven, the Sales Officer will create a sales plan that meets specific benchmarks and offer room for growth. He/she acts as a liaison between customer and factory. Using his/her extensive customer network, the Sales Officer will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
- Your main missions are:
- Achieve sales targets within schedule.
- Manage the sales network, track sales and status report.
- Present, promote and sell rice using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Find new clients both for Export and Local market.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
- Manage customer problems and complaints to ensure a high level of client satisfactions.
- Maintain healthy receivables & monitor level of bad debts.
- Work Closely with other departments of the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing Management field or related.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Officer (at least 3 years).
- Familiar with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to prioritize, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Fluency in English and Khmer is required.
