Report to: Area Marketing Manager
- The Sales/Marketing Supervisor will be worked upon excellent basic skills and solid relevant knowledge to step up and take the lead of all Marketing to:
- Work out yearly plan for sales volume, market share, sales-mix, coverage, fundamental factor &deploy to Marketing team in assigned regional market
- Work out yearly plan for distribution system improvement to cope up with Company strategy
- Follow up & ensure distribution system performance following Company policy & regulation &organize the monthly distribution appraisal.
- Control contribution margins in assigned market.
- Manage Marketing team: train/coach, supervise, appraise, motivate to be qualified to build upmulti-products distribution system
- Plan, deploy, control monthly trade promotion, local trade marketing & BTL activities in assignedmarket.
- Study, propose selling prices to get Company product to be competitive & profitable.
- Cooperate with Trade Marketing team, Digital Marketing team to deploy long term promotionprogram (membership program, display program…), merchandising & BTL activities.
- Cooperate with CS team, Marketing representative/Principles to ensure the cargoes supply fromfactories to match with market demand

- Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or related faculty
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in supervisory position, preferable in sales supervisor at FMCG are encouraged to applyGood communication/ negotiation skills. Good at analyzing, organizing and quality driven
- Confident presentation & communication skills in English, especially spoken verbal communication.

Report to: Area Marketing Manager (Cambodian)
- The Horeca Marketing Supervisor will be trained upon excellent basic skills and solid relevant knowledge to step up and take the lead of all business development to:
- Support & check distributor in working out all target (sales, KPIs…) by sales routes/ channel/ salesman.
- Cooperate with distributor to manage sales team to achieve target of sales, market share, coverage, sales-mix…
- Do selling Wilmar products directly in key Horeca customer in cases distributor need to be supported.
- Update market situation, competitors' activities, distributor's performance to senior manager
- Consult & support distributor on planning (order, sales routes...); recruitment; training/ coaching, supervision, appraisal, motivation their staff
- Appraise sales service, business efficiency, management of distributor; proactively propose & to proceed action plan to improve distribution system as well as weak market.
- Propose, Deploy, assess monthly trade promotion, trade marketing & BTL activities in assigned market.
- Check, monitor & ensure the promotion budget security.
- Conduct market survey in order to determine sales opportunity, competition information & market trend

- Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education level: Bachelor/ Business management
- Fresh graduates are preferred or having 3 years’ experience in sales or sales supervisor at FMCG are also encouraged to apply
