Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Phnom Penh (and provincial missions)
- Market planning: Yearly/ Monthly/ Quarterly
- Market Development: Sales strategies, sales tool and sales report
- Setting sales target for individual sale teams to meet revenue targets
- Allocating areas to sales teams and manager underperformed team member/s
- Arranging monthly sales meeting with relevant teams
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring sales team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Preparing customers cooperation contract
- Dealing with some major customers and customer service directly
- Doing market research and define market share (by product)
- Collecting customer feedback, attentive to customer need, effective complaint handling and appropriate solution
- Setting up result to evaluate the market performance
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to achieve sales revenue targets
- Provide sales training, coaching, and mentoring to new hires and the team.
- Acquire new clients, build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Keeping up to date with products/services and competitors
- Reporting to COO/CEO
- Other tasks assigned by upper level
- At least 4 years experiences in sales and marketing
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Excellent written, negotiation, and verbal communication skills
- Organization and planning, Analytical skills
- Strong selling and presentation skill
- Team-leadership, Persuasiveness, Adaptability, Innovation, Judgment, Decision-making, Stress tolerance, Honest and High Commitment
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Work requires significant local/international travel to current and potential clients

- Microsoft office, internet and email, and social media
- Good command of English is a plus
