Sales & Marketing Manager
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Salary Range: USD 500 to USD 600 (Basic + Commission + Incentive Overriding).
- On the job you will be responsible:
- In charge of full spectrum of retails sales and customer service with clear mandate of generating business growth in local market.
- Managing and overseeing retails outlet daily operation.
- Conduct sales & product training to staffs.
- Develop new avenues of business with existing and new business partners.
- Identify new markets and develop new strategies that capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Drive productivity to maximize resource utilization. Plan, lead, manage and monitor resources on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensures that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
- Responsible for the development and growth of team members.
- Assisting Head Quarter in planning and executing new business project.
- Anticipate the Head Quarter’s needs and proactively provide support to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior or management
- We are looking for someone with:
- At least Bachelor’s degree, in Business / related fields or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in sales and / or marketing is required for this position.
- Ability to communicate in English and as required to report to the Malaysia headquarters.
- Independent, result oriented, dynamic and self-motivated.
- Possess openness to ideas, able to demonstrate an ability to initiate change and influence others.
- Be a self-starter, possessing a passion for excellence and a proven ability to initiate change and continuously seek improvement.
- Preference will be given to the candidate who can start immediately.
