Sales Manager
General Responsibilities
Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales operations of the assigned automotive brand and develop the sales strategies to achieve the sales targets. S/he will also lead the sales team and develop strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders ensuring prompt and high quality customer service.
- Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop successful sales strategies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Good management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
- Have good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.….)

Sales & Marketing Executive

Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for selling and promoting the company's products and services, developing strong relationship with customers, analyzing the market trends and developing sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sales target. S/he will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations or relevant field
- Good interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
- Good communication skills, result-oriented with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Good in English language, Chinese speaking is an advantage
- Have good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.….)

Assistant to Chairman
General Responsibilities
Assistant to Chairman is responsible to assist Chairman in his different tasks including preparing and communicating mail correspondence, coordinating the Chairman's calendar of appointments, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Chairman Office.
- Bachelor degree in Finance & Banking, International Relations, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven proficiency in both spoken and written English; Chinese language is a plus
- Be adaptable to various tasks, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response
- Possess good public relation and interpersonal skills
- Sense of confidentiality and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Possession of strong organizational skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint…)

HR Business Partner
General Responsibilities
HR Business Partner manages all human resources functions in the Business Unit including HR policies and procedures implementation, recruitment, compensations and benefits, training and development, employee relations and personnel administration. S/he will also work closely with HR Group in developing and implementing corporate HR strategies.
- Bachelor degree in HR Management or related fields;
- Minimum of 3-year professional experiences in human resources;
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and provide counselling;
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer particularly with Microsoft Office;
- Fluent in Khmer and English languages
- Good management skills with good sound judgement;
- Can-do-attitude.
