Your Role
OUTDOOR company is looking for a successful and dynamic Billboard Sales Manager. This position would manage a sales team, sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Must be able to motivate a team and set short- and long-term sales strategies. Seeking natural leader with a desire to win in a collaborative team environment. This role will support and reports to COO.
- What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage sales team to achieve target sales revenue goal and cultivate a culture which ensures an industry leading OOH company
- Set a comprehensive market sales growth strategy and execution plan
- Be responsible of selling to customers for client satisfaction
- Plan and schedule weekly sales meetings to keep staff engaged and accountable
- Be a collaborative team member and exemplify OUTDOOR principle, culture, and value
- Recruit, train and motivate the sales team
- Key Performance Measure:

- Your Qualifications:
- Experience in OOH advertising or media sales.
- Experience in sales management and leadership, and demonstrated track record of sales achievement
- Excellent verbal and written skills, along with presentation and influencing skills
- Highest level of integrity
- Ability to effectively work at a fast pace and under pressure
- Professional Computer skills: Microsoft office, knowledge of CRM software preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Accountant

- Schedule:Full-time

- Manage and monitor accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and company financial records.
- Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions.
- Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on collection status.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve account issues.
- Ensure timely collection of payments to support company cash flow.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and audits related to receivables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel outside the office to follow up and collect payments from clients when required.
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
