IT Academy STEP Cambodia Institute is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our student recruitment efforts and ensure the success of our sales team. This role is critical in overseeing student enrollment, motivating and monitoring the sales team, and ensuring we meet or exceed our sales targets.

- Team Leadership: Oversee and lead the Information Department team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Enrollment Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive student enrollment, ensuring we meet monthly and annual enrollment targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance, analyze sales data, and implement actions to achieve goals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to execute sales strategies to achieve results.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with prospective students, ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up throughout the enrollment process.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management on key performance indicators and progress toward targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Experience: 4+ years in sales, preferably in education or a related industry, with proven success in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Sales Expertise: Excellent sales skills with the ability to develop strategies, close deals, and deliver results.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and other technologies used to monitor and enhance team performance.
- Goal-Oriented: Highly organized with strong time management skills and a focus on achieving objectives.

Project Manager for Sisters of Code
Salary: Starting from $550
Sisters of Code, a non-profit educational program by IT Academy STEP Cambodia, is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Project Manager to lead our efforts in empowering female students through digital education in Cambodia. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving meaningful change, improving processes, and ensuring the success of our initiatives in the tech education space.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of Sisters of Code projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met, and coordinating between team members and stakeholders.
- Communication & Outreach: Maintain regular communication with students, ambassadors, and partners. Track student engagement, attendance, and performance, and ensure a positive learning experience.
- Event Management: Lead the organization of workshops, training sessions, and outreach events, from planning to execution.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Collect and analyze data on program activities to prepare detailed reports, measure impact, and propose improvements.
- Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial tasks are handled efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance to team members, volunteers, and interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify and address challenges proactively to ensure smooth project operations and contribute ideas for continuous program improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Experience: 3–4 years of experience in project management, preferably within education, non-profit, or tech-related fields.
- Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. Familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace tools is advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tech Savvy: Interest in educational technologies and ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving non-profit environment.
