Business Development Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our business development efforts in sustainable certifications and commodity inspections. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of certification processes and industry standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key industries, focusing on certifications, inspections, and quality control services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports and market analyses to management.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
- Strong understanding of the TIC industry, with specific knowledge of sectors such as textiles, food manufacturing, agriculture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business development activities.
