Sales Manager
This role requires you to be on-the-move, in different locations and to be flexible. This role is mostly remote and on-the-go, requiring you to interact with the outside world. Only 20-30% will be sitting in an office.
- Represent the brand and the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of the product
- Create and execute sales plan to increase customer base and sales
- Find, run and manage sales booths at local events
- Generate sales through all sales channels: online and offline
- Recruit, train, motivate, and coordinate sales team
- Strategize, organize and manage on-ground sales efforts
- Manage sales inventory
- Create sales reports and relay market feedback
- Manage customers and coordinate deliveries: online and offline
- Generate leads and nurture client relationships
- Work closely with Marketing Department to understand how best to reach markets
- Report directly to the CEO and CBDO
- Full time: 8am - 5pm, 1 hour for lunch, Saturday and Sunday off (unless required to be at events or other work obligations)
- Experience in sales strategy, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Experience in on-ground sales in general and modern trade
- Experience in sales team management
- Native Khmer, proficient in English
- Exceptional people skills and ease in communicating to a variety of people
- Highly independent and accountable - no hand holding, simply KPIs
- Energetic, likes to be outside, moving around
