FS Customer Service Supervisor

Working Day - Monday to Saturday (noon)
- Supervise and guide the customer service team handling in/out Cambodia is smooth.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding shipment status, delays, and documentation.
- Act as the main escalation point for customer complaints and service issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and overseas agents.
- Implement service improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train, coach, and evaluate customer service staff.
- Support team development and resolve internal issues
- Have good knowledge about services information to provide best service to Customers.
- Reporting immediately for any irregularities/ problems and follow up problem solving to Manager.
- Prepare monthly reports for management
- Doing other tasks if assigned by Manager.

- Graduated from College or University in relevant majors
- Good computer skills; Microsoft Office.
- Be good at reading & written in English, good communication is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate well, be agile, speak fluently, and present persuasively makes a good impression on listeners.
- At least 3-4 years experiences working for Forwarding – Logistics company at Operations/ Customer Service/ Documentation position.
- Having experience in US/South America, Canada trade lane is an advantage.
- Understanding of foreign trade and forwarding/ logistics services (Incoterms, NVOCC, FCL/LCL, Airfreight, Warehousing, Inland Trucking/ Customs Clearance...)
- Ability to work independently and teamwork, have good health, be honest at work, have a sense of responsibility & self-discipline.
- Being careful, attention to detail, hardworking, enthusiasm, initiative in work, perseverance, determination to complete tasks.
- Ability to work under high pressure and multitask required.
- Know how to handle situations flexibly and softly in the process of communication and working with customers.
