Sales Executive

Position Summary

Department: Sales Department

Report to: Managing Director Cambodia

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Plan the sales strategy for Cambodia, target, budget, resources & process
  • Gain new accounts nationwide which will lead to new revenue streams
  • Maximize profitability by reviewing/linking sales source, market trends, cost allocation and company's capabilities
  • Develop new products such as Warehousing, E-Commerce, Consolidation, Cross Border Trucking, AOG etc.
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic sales plan for the country to optimise company's capabilities & resources, attracting new opportunities and retaining current customers and finally target for generating profit and meeting the sales budget for the company
  • Create innovative initiatives plan I process to achieve revenue & margin target
  • Monitor services level and ensure customers satisfaction
  • Oversee contract preparation & deal negotiations, ensure compliance to company standards
  • Develop and execute country sales plan in line with regional sales direction
  • Actively sell and develop own customer base
  • Set sales objectives & priorities to meet customers' needs and keep continuous growth at company's target market I product
  • Undertake high level business activities to maximize corporate exposure and increase brand awareness
  • React to changes in business & market environment by redesigning sales plan I process I priority
  • Build key contact and relationships within Companies Network. Ensure the business works together to align with Group strategy
  • Identify underperforming segments and recommend solutions for improving performance I quality 
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Technical
  • Strategic thinking and strong networking abilities
  • Knowledge of global freight forward ing operations and markets
  • Strong selling & presentation skills and have solid experience in working in a diverse cultural environment
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks, and identifying alternative solutions or approaches
  • Good negotiation skills to close contracts with customers
  • Business
