Sales Consultant (5 Positions)
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and confident Sale consultant to join our growing team and drive sales for our business. As a Sale consultant, you will act as a liaison between our business and the customer in order to establish trust, increase knowledge, and drive more sales for our company.

- Provide consultation services to address potential clients' interest establishing suitability of the potential clients' visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone, and face-to-face meeting
- Present and sell immigration services to current and potential clients
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Identify sales prospects and contact prospects
- Establish and maintain current clients and potential clients’ relationships
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Provide regular follow up on enquiries received
- Any other relevant duty as assigned by Manager to assist with smooth operations of the organization
- Travel opportunities to conduct, partake, and attend in seminars
- Qualifications
- Graduates in Law, Business Administration, International Business, and other closely related fields.
- Candidates with no experience will also be considered as training will be provided from time to time.
- Candidates with prior experience will be prioritized for the position.
- Requirements
- Good demand of both oral and written English
- Ability to demonstrate fluency in building rapport with prospects and clients quickly and in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to demonstrate professional, proactive, and mature demeanor
- A team player and have strong people relationship
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a pressured environment
- Being patient, friendly, and comfortable with the prospects
- Sales-oriented, results-oriented, and ability to generate ideas.
Teleconsultant (1 Position)

- Generate leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.
- Contact potential customers via telephone, email and arrange meetings appointment for Sales Consultant with prospects in order to demonstrate products.
- Work to KPI’s and revenue targets as set by the Head of Sales
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and uphold relationships with clients to ensure they remain satisfied, and that their questions are answered
- Identify opportunities for new business within the market.
- Pay attention to competitors and their activities within the industry.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.
- Work closely with other departments and find opportunities to cross-sell.
- Bachelor degree
- Written communication skills in both Khmer and English
- Relevant industry experience ideally gained from a competitor business is preferable.
- Confident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue.
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.

- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
