Position Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Community Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and Branding Lead to join our team. This role is key to driving TapEffect’s growth by engaging communities, developing a professional brand identity, piloting innovative sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and creating impactful marketing material.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Engage with senior community leaders to get their support in increasing access to tap water:
  • Lead engagement of community leaders to get their support for household connections and promoting clean tap water.
  • Organize workshops or community events to educate households on the benefits of piped water, health improvements, and cost-effectiveness compared to other water sources.
  • Branding: Develop strong branding for the company to drive a professional image:
  • Develop and maintain TapEffect’s brand identity, including site uniforms, payment centers, and professional messaging.
  • Establish communication channels (Telegram, Facebook, and in-person events) to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Sales: Develop and test sales strategies:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and test innovative strategies to increase tap water demand.
  • Pilot value-added offerings (e.g., bathroom connections, sink installations) and refine approaches based on customer feedback.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing materials and new water product packages for different customer segments using data.
  • Create contracts and sales forms that are clear, user-friendly, and aligned with TapEffect’s operation requirements.
  • Marketing: Develop visually appealing and compelling marketing materials:
  • Create visually appealing brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content to promote TapEffect’s piped water services.
  • Impact: Capture the impact TapEffect creates
  • Coordinate photo and video production to capture TapEffect’s operations and community impact.
Requirements:
  • Passion for practical and iterative sales approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales & marketing or a related field;
  • Experience working with senior community and district leaders.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and experience creating brand identities.
  • Proven ability to design and implement sales strategies to increase demand.
  • Proficiency in Khmer (spoken and written); reasonable English skills.
  • Strong copywriting abilities for sales brochures and marketing materials.
  • Data analysis skills to evaluate sales performance and create impactful presentations.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
