Announcement Positions

Sales and Marketing (10 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information to customer.
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Follow up with customer and update any progressing or changes.
  • Report to management any incidents occurred between customer.
  • Interact with account team for clearance or any outstanding payment from customer.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English speaking skills.
  • Chinese speaking skills (other languages will be an advantage).
  • Experience from previous Travel and Tour company will be privileged.
 
 

Office Administrative (3 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Liaising with all departments for any requirements.
  • Update internal/external useful information to all staff.
  • Arrangement for travel and accommodation for staff and management.
  • Monthly report to management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Basic accounting experience.
  • Proficient in MS office: MS Word, Excel, Power Point..etc.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Experience from previous company will be privileged.a
 
 

Page Admins (2 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Able to feedback to customer inquiry within time frame without delay.
  • Make sure page hosting function smoothly.
  • Report to management immediately if something goes wrong with the page.
  • Update content or any information which is useful for audiences.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelors degree of IT.
  • Strong technical expertise.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Flexible of working hours.
  • Experience from previous company will be privileged.
 
 

Visa Arrangement Assistant (5 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assisting customer in preparing documents.
  • Assisting customer to fill up any kind of form requirements.
  • Provide accurate information to customer.
  • Update and inform customer any feedback from consulate or embassy.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • English speaking skills (other languages will be an advantage).
  • Good communication skills
  • Good in preparing documents
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Previous experiences from similar field will be privilege.
 
 

Account Assistant (3 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Make and checks necessary calculations.
  • Assisting account officer in preparing financial documents.
  • Entry reports into computer system.
  • Verifies statement items and totals with department records.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Basic of accounting skills.
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
  • English speaking skills.
  • Able to fill up any kind of form in English.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
