DEPARTMENT : Sales and Marketing
- Manage and lead monthly/ quarterly/yearly revenue sales targets with subordinates
- Develop yearly sales strategies to meet company expectation
- Develop Sales tools, reports, and management system to ensure our Sales grows smoothly.
- Contribute to the business success by initiating and participating in various cold-calling and marketing activities
- Meet and exceed the assigned sales and revenue targets though acquiring new customers
- Maintain good relationship and quick responses to our customers
- Be attentive to customer complaints and their pain-points.
- Manage and assist to keep company social media active, quick response, professionalism to be able to generate sales lead.
- Manage daily sales team in updating the Sales report effectively with all appropriate data.
- Form and employ the Sales team base on our business needs.
- Day to day manage the Sales team, ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.
- Oversee all Marketing activities and ensure it fits with the marketing strategy.
- Bring initiation on market survey and define the market share of each product
- Manage underperforming members of the team.
- Ensure that all information from bottom –up and vice versa have been transferred transparently and discussed freely across the company.
- Collaborate closely with lab and relevant team to inform in advance the abnormality of our services (late TAT…) to respond to customer’s satisfaction.
- Be always attentive to all customer needs, issues or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and effective complaint handling.
- Set Sales and Marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team.
- Deploy new key clients such as hospitals and clinics and close deal with them or other corporate partners for samples.
- Bring initiation, promote and build the company branding (events, conferences,…)
- Research potential target industries and customers.
- Train the Sales team on Sales techniques and giving advice.
- Suggest regular meeting with relevant team and report on activities towards targets to the company
- Ensure business confidentiality to be respected
- Manage other tasks or assignments by line manager

- The minimum education, experience, knowledge, skills & attitude required to perform the position
- Graduated from Sales and Marketing field
- At least 2 years experiences in sales and Marketing field
- Good motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
- Relevant industry experience ideally from health sector.
- Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.

Senior Laboratory Technician
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Ensure that all tests meet with quality, reliable and good services for all aspects of test performance included: pre-analytic, analytic and post analytic phases of testing
- Ensure all lab tests are performed correctly and released on time per pre-defined TAT.
- Ensure that quality control “IQC and EQAS” are applied correctly
- Monitor the implementation of the laboratory maintenance (monitoring the repair, records implementation, procedures...)
- Participate in developing and review SOPs
- Assist lab supervisor and lab manager to monitoring, explaining, and training of good practice for biosafety and other technical methods as set in the SOP to lab staff
- Manage stock inventory of all reagents and consumables used in his/her responsible sectors Train and assist on the correct use of equipment, machines, and procedure
- Routine check any technical issues and report to supervisor and manager
- Assist actively in problems solving in laboratory and propose corrective action plan
- Participate actively in controlling expenses in lab (reagent & storage, avoid contamination and damaging before shelf life of reagents), consumables, electricity etc.
- Ensure that all staff working in the right position or tasks which manager assigned and understand their tasks/duties
- Resolve the problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the causes of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
- Be flexible and rotate to works in any sections in laboratory when needed
- Respect for client’s and patient’s confidentiality
- Degree in Medical Lab Technical school or university
- At least 3- year experiences in Laboratory job

- Good communication both verbal and electronic devices, computer competency (Word, Excel, Power point…)

Laboratory Technician
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Analyze samples and control the results in accordance with SOPs stated in the laboratory Responsible to provide TAT per pre-defined to customers with accurate results
- Perform daily maintenance, run QC or calibration with routine testing Check conformity of sample before testing
- Work with PPE (lab coats, safety gloves…)
- Help to create SOPs methods used and care for all materials and equipment in the laboratory Support the implementation of the laboratory maintenance (monitoring the repair, records
- implementation, procedures...)
- Manage equipment, consumables, and reagents to ensure that the process runs smoothly Apply on good laboratory management and LQMs
- Participate actively with line manager to meet ISO 15189 accreditation Assist actively in the growth of the business
- Participate actively in controlling expenses in lab (reagent & storage, avoid contamination and damaging before shelf life of reagents), consumables, electricity etc.
- Respect hygiene and safety role by keeping clean and well-organized of working place
- Ensure that all tests perform with quality, reliable and good services for all aspects of test performance included: pre-analytic, analytic and post analytic phases of testing
- Work on other assignments which assign by line manager
- Be flexible and rotate to works in any sections in laboratory when needed
- Respect for client’s and laboratory’s confidentiality
- Degree in Medical Lab Technical school or university, fresh graduate is encouraged
