Sales & Marketing Manager

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Promoting the company's services/products to the market.
  • Preparing annual budget plans, setting KPIs for sales team and provide support to ensure the sales team meets their KPIs and achieve the company’s goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customers’ requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Monitoring market and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
  • Checking and analyzing monthly sale data for improving marketing strategies
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities for cross-selling opportunity
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management
  • Report to Chief Marketing Officer, CMO.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years' experience in marketing or sales.
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing in software is an advantageous
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
 
 

Senior Marketing Executive

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Creating digital marketing campaigns online channels like Facebook page, Website, Telegram.
  • Being a facilitator/ moderator on social media event
  • Researching the new trends of digital marketing strategies for products and contents engagement.
  • Maintain the company marketing channels quality
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management
  • Report to Sales and Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media and Communication, or related field.
  • At least 2-year experiences in digital marketing or promotion event
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing in software is an advantageous
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences in digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Be friendly and prefer lives, talk shows event
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Senior Sales Executive

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Propose sales plan with targets to Sales Manager
  • Prepare sales visits
  • Present the products to clients
  • Follow up and negotiate with the prospects
  • Prepare contracts and close deals
  • Write sales report and review sales performance
  • Generate new client contact for new sale leads
  • Join sales meeting and training
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management
  • Report to Sales and Marketing Officer.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, IT, or related field.
  • At least two-year experience in related this position
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing in software is an advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Good English and Khmer

Sales Executive

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to achieve better results to ensure the client satisfaction
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Meets clients outside of normal business hours when necessary
  • Track purchases and keep record of sales, contacts and deals
  • Facilitates successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information
  • Adds records for each client call or meeting
  • Tracks every purchase made to ensure that it is completed accurately and on time
  • Works to maximize sales and meet quotas in the short and long term
  • Maintains excellent relationships with all clients in the executive's portfolio
  • Travels to see clients, attend trade shows, or participate in industry events or trainings
  • Deliver sales reports to management
  • Other tasks will be assigned by manager
Requirements:
  • Job Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Any Discipline related
  • Proven experience in Sales or relevant role at least 1 year in Technology Company would be plus
  • Being naturally social and outgoing
  • Excellent communication techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Being able to stick to a schedule, be self-managed and have a lot of discipline, self-control
