- Provide clear information of company products and service to all customers
- Promote and sell house.
- Coordinate and solve problem for customers.
- Bring customers to look a model house.
- Warm welcome for all kind of customers and Call follow up customers.
- Help to prepare customer lists, follow up old customers and guidance customers about our project.
- Assist in managing marketing communication channels such as Facebook, Telegram, and other Medias, stay active online.
- Keep communicating with potential customers.
- Assist in implementing sales and market strategies and plans as assigned by supervisor.
- Making weekly sale report and monthly report and project to sale supervisor or management.
- Honest, Hardworking, and confident.
- Have experience and knowledge of real estate industry is an advantage.
- Good communication skill, negotiation skills.
