We are looking for a results-driven restaurant manager to meet sales goals by hiring and training competent staff, overseeing kitchen operations, and motivating staff during busy hours. Restaurant managers are also responsible for addressing customers' complaints and queries in a swift, courteous manner and gathering feedback.

- Act as a role model for the store staff, assist recruiting, motivating and coaching to provide quality service and food to customers

Wait Staff

Job Description:
We are looking to hire friendly, hard-working and efficient wait staff to provide assistance and quality customer service to our patrons. You will be responsible for preparing tables, greeting and welcoming customers, making recommendations, taking orders and delivering food and drinks as well as accepting payments. Staff are also expected to keep stations well organised, the restaurant dining area clean, and attend meetings.
To be successful, you should be knowledgeable about proper food handling procedures and have excellent organisational skills. You should also provide customers with an outstanding experience by demonstrating effective communication and excelling customer service skills, whilst working well in a team.
- Removing dirty tableware from dining tables and taking them to the kitchen to be washed. Preparing tables, ensuring they are clean and fully set
- Greeting customers and showing them to their table
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, promotions and available items. Present this to customers and take their orders
- Check the dishes before serving, delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
- Attending to tables, answering patron's questions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Delivering checks and taking payments

Chef
Required for Multiple position.
Job Description:
We are looking to hire commendable, creative and motivated chefs to manage our kitchen staff and resolve kitchen issues quickly. As chefs in the kitchen you are expected to attract and retain staff, maintain a cooperative relationship and optimise staff productivity. You will train staff, along with teaching them new recipes, cooking techniques and inform them about equipment, whilst also overseeing food preparation and cooking performance. Our ideal candidate would also be willing to participate in promotional menu and meal designs.
Expected to oversee food supply delivery and supervise kitchen operations during service. To ensure success, you will ensure the team delivers high-quality, cost-effective dishes promptly. Top candidates are creative, service-oriented, and level-headed.
- Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
- Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
- Develop new recipes, planning menus, and selecting plate presentations.
- Hiring and training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers, and dishwashers.
- Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and placing orders.
- Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.

- 2+ years of culinary education
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position

- Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays

Kitchen Staff

Day Shift: 10am-2pm / 2 hr break / 4pm-8pm (Urgent)
Night Shift 4pm-1am

We are searching for organised, energetic kitchen staff to join our team. You are responsible for storing ingredients, assisting with food preparation and cooking when required. You should also ensure that the kitchen and storage areas remain clean at all times.
To be successful as kitchen staff, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy in your work. Candidates will be able to perform well within a fast-paced environment and working as part of a team.
- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef
- Pre-grilling of meat and cooking basic small dishes when required
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations
- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory
- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the manager
- Packaging customers' leftover food upon request
- Sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning trash bins and disposing refuse on a regular basis
