Restaurant Manager (1 Position)
Kanazawa Japanese Restaurant is currently seeking for dynamic candidate to fill in the position as below.
- Manage and ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Coordinating daily front and back of house restaurant operations
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
- Managing resources
- Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees
- Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
- Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
- Other tasks assigned by owner
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is an advantage
- 3-5 years of food and beverage , service and hospitality industry experience required
- A welcoming, upbeat, positive attitude person who focusing on providing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment
- Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, and sanitation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent leaderships skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets
- Ability to set priorities and delegating tasks as needed
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to effectively train others on all aspects of the restaurant's operation
