Restaurant Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Responsible for the daily operations of the Restaurant in the hotel;
- Assist in preparing and coordinating special events and functions;
- Ensure the safety of guests and associate through Sofitel food safety standards and guidelines; and
- Lead all aspects of the restaurant including training, coaching, and development to the team.
- At least 3 years experiences as restaurant manager, preferably in a luxury/upscale market setting;
- Hotel management graduate or certificate holder in food and beverage management; and
- Outstanding organizational skills.
