Restaurant Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the Restaurant in the hotel;
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating special events and functions;
  • Ensure the safety of guests and associate through Sofitel food safety standards and guidelines; and
  • Lead all aspects of the restaurant including training, coaching, and development to the team.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least 3 years experiences as restaurant manager, preferably in a luxury/upscale market setting;
  • Hotel management graduate or certificate holder in food and beverage management; and
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
