We are looking for a Reservation Manager to oversee the reservations team, and to ensure efficient and effective management of all booking processes. This role involves coordinating with various departments to optimize occupancy rates, enhance guest satisfaction, and maximize revenue. The Reservation Manager will lead a team of reservation agents, implement best practices, and utilize reservation systems to streamline operations.
- Manage the Reservations team & all rooms reservations processes for the hotel. For both individual and group bookings.
- Assist the sale manager in developing new reservation/revenue SOP’s for the team.
- Manage the reservation team to meet and exceed budgeted targets.
- Develop the reservation team to ensure the constant delivery of excellent guest and customer service.
- Ensure all email traffic is monitored, and reservations appropriately recorded and checked-dates, price, market segmentation, sources etc.
- Manage no-show and cancelled reservations and process charges according to hotel policy.
- Work closely with the related departments, Front Office, F &B and Housekeeping team.
- Deal with customer complaints & reviews in a professional and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Sale Manager/General Manager.

- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a reservations or front office management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Good time management and risk management experience.
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems and software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

- Clusters Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for each cluster project based on target customer segments.
- Align marketing activities with sales goals to drive product visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Digital Marketing & Page Management
- Manage Smiling Gecko’s business digital platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content (captions, photos, videos, reels, stories).
- Track engagement performance and optimize content based on insights.
- Engage with online audiences, respond to comments/messages, and support customer inquiries.
- Content Creation
- Create compelling marketing content for all Smiling Gecko Cambodia product lines.
- Coordinate product shooting, editing, and storytelling to showcase brand values and product quality.
- Develop content calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Product Marketing & Marketing Materials
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, menus, catalogues, POSM, and promotional visual assets.
- Prepare product descriptions, benefits, and key marketing messages.
- Support new product launches with integrated marketing communication.
- Offline Activation & Cluster Promotions
- Plan and execute field marketing activities such as sampling, in-store promotions, pop-up booths, and partner activations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support customer and partner promotions within clusters.
- Ensure strong brand visibility through signage, displays, and merchandising materials.
- Brand Awareness & Engagement
- Strengthen brand identity and visibility across targeted clusters.
- Maintain consistent messaging aligned with Smiling Gecko brand guidelines and ESG values.
- Support partnerships and collaborations that enhance customer reach and market presence.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports, including digital analytics and campaign results.
- Monitor competitor activities, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Track ROI of cluster marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing activities.
- Provide marketing tools and materials to support the field sales team.
- Coordinate with external vendors (printing, media) as needed.

- Experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food products (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) for 1 to 3 years
- Strong content creation and social media management skills.
- Knowledge of Phnom Penh’s retail is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva/Photoshop skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
