- Contribute to the research design process by providing input, conducting literature reviews, and assisting in report writing.
- Conduct field visits, organize and manage enumerator deployment, and evaluate quantitative and qualitative data as specified by team leaders.
- Perform research data cleaning, input, and processing.
- Prepare outputs, write up interview notes and meeting minutes, and provide general administrative support to the research team.
- Assist in the formulation of research program strategies, action plans, and budgets.
- Provide administration and financial support for research activities.
- Support effective communication, knowledge building and sharing, task collaboration, and resource mobilization;
- Assist the vice president and the university with other tasks as requested.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, education, international relations or a social science-related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 1 – 2 years of relevant research experience is desirable.
- Working knowledge of quantitative/qualitative research methodology.
- Keen interest in development or action research.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both Khmer and English.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and to carry out fieldwork involving overseas and in-country travel to rural areas.

- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Unit, including social media management and content creation.
- Assisting in the development of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, influencer marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Monitoring and tracking social media analytics to provide reports on campaigns' performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Supporting the customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assisting in the production of marketing materials, such as posters, videos, flyers, and graphics.
- Supporting in event planning and coordination for Marketing events.
- Contributing creative ideas for marketing initiatives to enhance the University’s online presence.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Media and Communication, Information and Communications Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, such as social media marketing and email marketing.
- Ability to design marketing materials such as posters, videos, and graphics, using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and website analytics.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Self-driven and able to work in a team as well as independently.
