Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support food safety and improve taste, texture, and quality of new products through research.
- Conduct research on new products, including ingredients, flavors, and physical/chemical testing.
- Set goals and create project plans with clear timelines and budgets.
- Develop R&D strategies that match the company’s goals.
- Work closely with teams like product management, engineering, marketing, and sales to guide product development.
- Supervise a product research specialist, product sourcing specialist, and graphic artist.
- Understand customer needs and use feedback to improve products.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Food Specialist (1 Position)
