Key Information:
- Funding Source: Asian Development Bank (ADB) Loan to the Kingdom of Cambodia
- Delivery Period: Within two (2) months from the date of contract signing

Bidders must:
- Meet ADB’s eligibility requirements;
- Have successfully completed at least two (2) similar supply contracts during 2022–2024, each valued at not less than 50% of the total quotation price;
- Have a cumulative contract value in 2023–2024 of at least twice the quotation amount;
- Not be under suspension or debarment by ADB or the Government of Cambodia.
