Scope of Coverage:

- Medical Expense: $5,000
- Funeral Expense: $500
B. Group Health Insurance
Location: Worldwide, 24hours, 7 days/week
Scope of Coverage:
- Maximum of Surgery Benefits: $6,000
- Hospital General Fee: $1,600
- Ambulance: $500
- Birth Benefit: $500
- Funeral: $500
- Complication of Pregnancy: $500
- AID/HIM treatment: $300
- Outpatient benefit: $50
- Health Check and Vaccination: $250
- Eye care benefit: $250
- COVID-19 testing and Treatment: $2,000
- Ordinary room: $70
- ICU room: $250
C. Life Insurance
Location: Worldwide, 24hours, 7 days/week
Scope of Coverage:
- Death/Disability: $30,000
