Announcement Description

The KE Garment and Textile Competition, hosted by Khmer Enterprise, allows young local fashion entrepreneurs, especially university students majoring in fashion design, to showcase their creative talent through competition. This program aims to promote and strengthen the garment and textile sector in Cambodia to be more competitive. The winning bidder is responsible for planning, managing, and implementing the entire program.

Bidding Components

  • Step 1: Interested implementers/partners to share their interest in the project via email with email subject: [Agency’s Name “Expression of Interest in KE Garment and Textile Competition”]
  • Step 2: KE to invite implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the announcement closing date
  • Step 3: Implementers/partners to submit a proposal and budget plan within two weeks after the project briefing
  • Step 4: KE to evaluate the proposal, budget, and activity plan
  • Step 5: Awarding Implementers/partners to be informed after the evaluation

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for KE Fashion Show. The required documents including:

  • Company Profile
  • Company Registration (e.g.: Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
  • Concept notes or proposals include brief activity plans and team member profiles
  • The budget plan for program arrangements and timelines
  • Portfolio of previous projects
  • The expected result of the program

Submission Requirements
