Purpose of website development

The CAP-RED website will introduce and communicate the program’s goals and expertise, and later results, achievement and lessons learned. Its audience is the Royal Government of Cambodia, the Australian Government, development partners and private sectors and investors.

CAP-RED expects that the website is responsive, clear, straightforward, informative and easy to navigate. It should also be creative, innovative, results-driven and representative of CAP-RED’s work, audiences and purpose.

The design of the “Home” and other pages should be engaging, easy-to-navigate and clear at communicating CAP-RED’s works, expertise and results to visitors.

The website must incorporate video, images, graphics and reports without significantly adding to the loading time. There must also be a comprehensive search function and a subscription feature. In the future, it may require a member-only learning portal.

The site and all media content must be secure (SSL certificate), responsive to different devices, and optimised for search engines.
