Project Background

World Vision International – Cambodia provides an annual, one-time health check-up for all staff to monitor their health, based on a standard package offered by a contracted service provider. Early detection of potential health issues is crucial in enabling employees to manage their health and well-being, thereby fostering a healthier workplace and reducing absenteeism across the organization. This proposal outlines the implementation of the FY26 Annual Health Check-Up process, including the extended benefits, conditions, and associated costs for staff and their beneficiaries.

Pricing Requirement: Vendors must provide a per-person package price covering all standard tests, and itemized pricing for optional/additional tests. Pricing for family members should also be itemized separately.

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  1. Technical Capacity – Range of services offered, medical staff qualifications, ability to deliver services across multiple locations.
  2. Experience – Demonstrated experience in providing corporate health programs and references from other clients.
  3. Pricing Competitiveness – Clear, transparent, and competitive pricing for both staff and family members.
  4. Compliance – Adherence to WVI policies including Child Protection, Anti-Corruption, Supplier Code of Conduct, and Conflict of Interest.
  5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality – Clear protocols for handling sensitive medical data and ensuring confidentiality.

Requirement Supporting documents

  1. Please completed proposal responding to our needs stated in Terms of Refernce (ToR) which separate of Technical propser and Finance proposal in sealed envelopes.
  2. Legally registered with relevant ministries
  3. Patient
  4. VAT Registration
  5. Reference with other Customer
  6. Sign confirmed on WV’s Policy Child protection, Anti-corruption, Supplier Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest (WV will attach with pre-qualify form).
