We seek a hotel partner that can offer comfortable, clean, and well-appointed rooms for our guests. This accommodation should cater to a variety of needs, including short-term stays for business travelers and extended stays for visiting staff.
Key considerations include:
- Availability of a range of room types
- Standard Room (Single and double)
- Superior Room (Single and double)
- Deluxe Room (Single and double)
- Suite Room (Single and double)
- High standards of cleanliness and comfort
- In-room amenities (Wi-Fi, workspaces, mini-fridges, etc.)
- Customer service excellence and responsiveness
- Competitive pricing and flexible booking arrangements
Additionally, the proposal should address the following specific requirements:
- 24/7 Front Desk Service: To ensure guest needs and queries are addressed at any time.
- Daily Housekeeping: Consistent and high-quality cleaning services.
- Safety and Security Measures: Robust security protocols and features (e.g., key card access, CCTV).
- Accessibility Features: Rooms and facilities that are accessible to guests with disabilities.
- Transportation Services: Availability of shuttle services to and from local transportation hubs.
- On-site Dining Options: Restaurants or room service with diverse and high-quality food options.
- Fitness and Wellness Amenities: Access to gym facilities, pools, and wellness centers.
- Environmental Sustainability Practices: Implementation of eco-friendly practices and initiatives.
Standard Requirements:
- Buffet breakfast or another supplementation.
- Complimentary wireless internet access in room.
- Complimentary TV, desk phone, safety box, refrigerator, and closet.
- Complimentary two (2) bottles of drinking water, coffee/tea, and coffee/tea making facility in room.
- Complimentary access to swimming pool, gym, or fitness center.
- Complimentary hotel shuttle bus or car ferry service.
Bidder Eligibility
- This RFP is open to entities that are deemed capable of implementing the scope of work, with a solid record of integrity and business ethics, and that meet the eligibility requirements stated in this Section. All bidders must be licensed VAT certification from General Department of Taxation and must be company registration with Ministry of Commerce – Cambodia.
- Bidders that submit proposals in response to this RFP must meet the following requirements:
- Be a non-government entities (for-profit and non-profit companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), etc.) that are legally registered under the laws of the country where it is operating
- Have demonstrated capacity and expertise to successfully implement the Scope of Work
- Have completed the required representations and certifications incorporated in this RFP
- Be willing to comply with relevant donor rules and regulations and Helen Keller Intl requirements.
- Note: Helen Keller Intl will not award a contract to any firm that is debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the U.S. Government, or who proposes to do business with firms or firms’ principals who are debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment, in the performance of the requirement of this activity
