- Skills for Better Jobs (SBj): funded by World Bank/IDA, SDF is implementing component 3 (C3) aimed at strengthening sector associations for Employer Engagement in Skills Development (EESD) and expanding skills development by supporting the expansion of demand-driven training and new forms of training.
- Informal Economy Support Program (IESP): financed by government budget, this intervention aims at enhancing skills and capacity of informal business owners, workers and self-employed in order to assist their transition to formal economy as well as to enhance their livelihoods and competitiveness.
- Skills Matching Program (SPM): financed by government budget, the SMP is a pre-determined and pre-approved funded training course for enterprises that seek to upskill their workforces.
