- Conduct sales presentations and identify sales opportunity from both new and existing customers in order to meet or exceed the assigned sales targets monthly and yearly
- Has the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower
- Conducts loan appraisal and collects detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties) and arrange to opens new loan account
- Provide high standard of service to all customers at all times and address all customer’s complaints/issues in the professional manner
- Contribute to the development of sound profitable business by creating effective referral networks with clients and internal stakeholders
- Understand customer’s business needs; provide consistently advises and services that will satisfy customer’s needs
- Prepare the report of achievement for weekly and monthly to line manager/head department
- Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies
- Prepare and properly manage to clients and sales pipeline report

- Bachelor degree in banking & finance, accounting, or any related fields
- At least 3-year prior experience in credit lending in MFI or commercial banks
- Computer literacy and English language proficiency

- Grow portfolio of clients through building strong relationships with prospects and networking
- Procure new business through new customer acquisition
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customized saving management solutions in alignment with the bank's standards and industry regulations
- Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly targets
- Cross-sale other banking products to optimized revenue
- Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking solutions
- Work with product partners and other business units to identify opportunities and execute solutions

- Master or Bachelor degree of banking or Equivalent

Deputy Chief Risk Officer
Location: Head Quarter
- Act on behalf of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) until CRO is appointed
- Analyze key risks and support management to deliver adequate mitigating controls and actions
- Regularly review and report effectiveness of controls to senior management and risk management committee
- Design crisis management strategies to manage risk that could impact on the operations or business of SBI LY HOUR Bank Plc.
- Design and implement AML/CFT and KYC policies, in line with the international standard
- Ensure that AML/CFT policy and procedure are compliance and in line with Law and Prakas issued by the Central Bank (NBC)
- Responsible for implementing appropriate key risk and relevant performance indicators which demonstrate the effectiveness of risk management activities.
- Develop and deliver training for all employees to ensure that all have a good understanding of risk management and compliance issues (i.e. loan assessment, anti-fraud practices, the identification of ‘red flags’ and the importance of customer/supplier due diligence, …)
- Facilitate the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) in accordance with operational risk management framework
- Play an important role as the second line of defense in managing credit risk and risk aspect while making sure that lending exposure is under control
- Act as contact for staff members on risk and compliance-related issues, regarding questions or concerns
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Enterprise Management or related fields
- At least ten years of experience in the banking industry or financial institution; including a minimum of five years experience as Head of Risk Management in a commercial bank
- Sound knowledge and broad management experience in risk management framework and compliance, credit assessment and strategic management
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage diverse groups of staff
