Duty Station: CI office in Cambodia or Philippines

The Regional Operations & Finance Support, Senior Manager provides dedicated operational, financial, and coordination support to the FMU–Asia Operations Lead. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational follow-through across the FMU and selected country programs and countries of action. The position oversees regional budget management, grants and contracts administration, financial and accounting activities, and other support functions for the Asia Field Management Unit. The role ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, effective donor and grant management, and compliance with Conservation International (CI) policies, procedures, and donor requirements to support informed decision-making and maximise conservation impact.

The role works closely with CI Headquarters (US-based teams), Global team and country program Operations as well as country of action to ensure consistent application of organisational policies and procedures. Duties are performed under general supervision with a high degree of independence.
