Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for loan disbursement target for a region (multiple provinces)
- Supervise and guide a team of Loan Officers and Field Operations Executives
- Ensure Loan Officers complete file accurately and efficiently
- Assign Field Operation Executives to check and visit customer’s place of businesses and customer’s house or property
- Travel and visit dealerships across provinces to build strong relationships, and understand on-ground feedback from customers and dealers
- Push team to complete pending cases, and motivate team to achieve monthly targets
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Management to monitor team performance
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- High monthly incentives given for reaching targets, with traveling and phone card allowances
- Any bachelor degree Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field
- At least 2 years experience in leadership or senior position, and managing a team
- Previous experience in sales & distribution roles and/or businesses
- Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset
- Good communication of English and Khmer, written and spoken
- Strong in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Email
- Fast worker, and able to work under pressure
Field Operations Executive
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Explain to customers different loan products under Mango Finance
- Collecting customer information and documents for loan application
- Visiting and checking customer’s place of businesses and customer’s house or property
- Supporting Mango Finance customers and dealers to ensure quick and accurate loan application
- Monthly incentives given for reaching targets, and allowances given for traveling
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
- Any bachelor degree Business or any related field
- No previous work experience required
- Proper attitude, and hardworking and polite behavior
- Willing to speak to new customers, good customer service and communication skill
- Ability to ensure documents are completed accurately and efficiently
Loan Officer
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process loan applications and analyze customer quality by checking customer income, customer profile, repayment history, etc.
- Communicate with customer to collect relevant documents for loan processing and analysis
- Perform CBC (Cambodia Credit Bureau) checks and prepare loan files for submission for approval, as per loan policy guideline
- Ensure that all required documents are collected and completed for loan approval
- Explain to customers different loan options available that will best meet their requirements
- Communicate status of loan file to customers, dealers, and sales
- Monthly incentives given for reaching targets, and phone card allowance
- Any bachelor degree Business or any related field
- At least 2 years working experience in Banking & Finance industry, with knowledge in loans department
- Basic knowledge in credit underwriting and disbursing loans
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Khmer
- Strong in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Email
- Good customer service and communication skill
- Ability to ensure documents are completed accurately and efficiently
