Vong Sarom AgriTrading Co,.Ltd (VSR) is a private company that supplies and distributes the fertilizers and pesticides in Cambodia, which established in the year 2016. We’re urgently looking for the qualified individual and talent to join our team to fulfill a need in Regional, including Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Banteay Meanchey, Battambong, and Pailin provinces.

Role Purpose

The Regional Lead will be responsible for leading, managing, and organizing sale and technical team members in its region to support sale volume of local dealers in order to achieve the company’s sales targets. The Regional Lead is also expected to prepare the monthly and quarterly budgets for the operational plan of the region to conduct sale and marketing activities, and build good relationship with farmers. Additionally, this position will necessitate significant planned travel throughout the territory as well as national travel for internal and external meetings and conferences.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and organize sale & technical team members in terms of daily work, including sales and cash collection
  • Lead sale & technical team to design field demonstration for product experiment
  • Assist managing director to collection information and analyze data of product market segment
  • Train, provide all types of support to sale and technical team members as needed to ensure the quality and efficiency of their work
  • Conduct sale & technical team members’ performance evaluation and appraisal
  • Ensure cash collection for the region
  • Prepare and update crop calendar regularly
  • Ensure all sale & technical team members be able to take photos and/or videos of their field demonstration with farmers for advertising on social media
  • Other tasks will be assigner Managing Director or CEO
Requirements:
  • Key requirements
  • Agricultural / Business Administration/ and related University Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing lead roles within the agricultural industry
  • Having strong knowledge of pesticides and fertilizers
  • Skills and Capabilities
  • Strong communication, and ability to facilitate, coordinate and guidance
  • Flexibility and good teamwork (working with/in teams)
  • Good planning skills
  • Good commands of computer skills
  • Holding driver license with good driving skills
  • Personal attitudes and behaviors

  • A commitment of working with farmers in rural area
