Role Purpose
The Regional Lead will be responsible for leading, managing, and organizing sale and technical team members in its region to support sale volume of local dealers in order to achieve the company’s sales targets. The Regional Lead is also expected to prepare the monthly and quarterly budgets for the operational plan of the region to conduct sale and marketing activities, and build good relationship with farmers. Additionally, this position will necessitate significant planned travel throughout the territory as well as national travel for internal and external meetings and conferences.

- Lead, manage, and organize sale & technical team members in terms of daily work, including sales and cash collection
- Lead sale & technical team to design field demonstration for product experiment
- Assist managing director to collection information and analyze data of product market segment
- Train, provide all types of support to sale and technical team members as needed to ensure the quality and efficiency of their work
- Conduct sale & technical team members’ performance evaluation and appraisal
- Ensure cash collection for the region
- Prepare and update crop calendar regularly
- Ensure all sale & technical team members be able to take photos and/or videos of their field demonstration with farmers for advertising on social media

- Key requirements
- Agricultural / Business Administration/ and related University Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing lead roles within the agricultural industry
- Having strong knowledge of pesticides and fertilizers
