Receptionist Interns

Reports to: Head of Receptionists
Works with: Other Receptionists and hub staff
Position Overview:
We are seeking up to ten enthusiastic and organized Receptionist Interns to join our team for a 3-month internship. As a Receptionist Intern at SRH, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and members of our community. You will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our hub.

- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and conference room reservations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Provide information about SRH’s services and events to visitors and callers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting the mission and values of SRH.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An intermediate level of English is required.
