Receptionist

Position Summary

Department : Front Office Department
Reports to : Front office Manager
SUMMARY / SPECIFICATION OF POSITION
In this position, you will welcome guests to our hotel, making future reservations for them, and generally attending to any needs during their stay. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring that guests experience maximum satisfaction, presenting an excellent image of our hotel that leaves a lasting impression.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Greet hotel guests; answer any questions or concerns
  • Provide an outstanding guest experience
  • Maintain an orderly front desk
  • Operate computer programs and multi-line phone systems
  • Maintain guest records and book reservations
  • Complete basic cashier and bookkeeping responsibilities
  • Contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenges arise, ensuring guest comfor
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • A friendly and welcoming approach
  • Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
  • Good administrative skills and the ability to use email and booking systems
  • Good team working skills.
  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality
  • Significant work experience handling guest service responsibilities, preferably in a hotel/reception setting
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English or other language is a plus
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize and work under pressure
 
 

Concierge Officer

Position Summary

Department : Front Office Department
Reports to : Concierge Supervisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers upon entrance and confirm reservations
  • Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
  • Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
  • Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents
  • Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
  • Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
  • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
  • Ability in multitasking and time-management
  • Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
  • High school diploma; degree in hotel management or relevant field will be a plus
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a wide understanding of Graphic Editing.
  • Able to pay attention to detail & work under pressure
 
 

Guest Relation

Position Summary

Department : Front Office Department
Reports to : Front Office Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting arriving guests and bidding them farewell as they leave.
  • Reviewing all the arrival list daily and assisting in preparing and distributing welcome amenities.
  • Escorting VIPs to their rooms and check them in before their arrival.  
  • Attending promptly to customers' inquiries and assists them with their needs.
  • Logging the day's activities in a logbook to ensure that the next person on duty is familiar with everything that needs extra attention.  
  • Being present in the hotel lobby and should maintain proper decorum at all times.
  • Responding quickly to calls in case he or she is not at his or her post.
  • Promoting all the facilities of the hotel and knowing the surrounding areas when asked for directions.
  • Should be familiar with the best places to tour, shop, and dine.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year experience as guest relation or equivalent (preferably in hospitality industry)
  • Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is also necessary for the job position.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Good organizational and time management skills
 
 

Bell Boy

Position Summary

Department : Front Office Department
Reports to : Front Office Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assisting of customers with their bags and luggage
  • Courteously greeting customers and provide them high quality service
  • Escorting guests to their respective hotel rooms
  • Assisting the customers with their needs.
  • Explaining to the customers the hotels rules, showing them how to use hotel facilities, room features such as TV, Radio, Bath tubs.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Wide knowledge and expertise in customer service
  • Must have average skills in using the English language.
  • Knowledge in hotel managements is a plus
  • Must know how to assist foreign guests
  • Skills in speaking foreign languages are a plus.
  • Must be courteous at all times.
