Position Summary

Job Status: (Full Time “Male/Female Employee”) – requires working and staying on board of the Mekong River Cruise Ships (Emerald Cruise) and is a replaceable person when the Receptionist is on the Rotating Leave Schedule.

- Work rotation of 7 weeks on the Ship, and 1 week off the Ship.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience working in the cruise ship is preferable and/ or in same or similar position at any standard 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge about guest service at Front Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a confined living environment.
- Onboard language, English – is a (“MUST”) fluent English (spoken), good (written), and requires speaking English all the times with colleagues, Hotel Manager, and Customers when on duty.
- Willingness to improve and learn, follow instructions, be a team player.
- Positive personality and outgoing character – must be happy in the interaction with guests and take initiative.
