Receptionist
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Validate cash or cheques received from customers and issue receipts
- Assist operation staff to pass related documents to customers
- Preparing bank deposits slips for cheques received from customers
- Receive documents from courier/vendors and pass to staff and keep records
- Control and arrange meeting room for guests/meetings
- Validate original invoices and receipts and pass cheque payments to suppliers
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
- Assist accounting team in finding documents for auditors
- Assist other accounting staff upon if any requests
- Other tasks provided by Immediate Supervisor
- Fresh Graduate from University and who is currently unemployed are motivated
- Good command of English for communication, Chinese communication skills would be an added advantage
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
- Must be an honest, hardworking, and punctual person
