Salary: (USD) 11,198 per annum (starting salary)

Duties: The incumbent is responsible for the management of real property for the Housing Office of the General Services Office (GSO) of the United States Embassy in Phnom Penh. The job holder involves coordination of the make-ready and turn-over of embassy properties. S/he maintains professional rapport with landlords, tenants, and other counterparts to ensure the delivery of excellent services regarding property maintenance and support on utility payments. The incumbent serves as point of contact for occupants. The jobholder coordinates timely utility setup and termination. S/he ensures compliance with 15 FAM with regard to housing operations.
