Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment during the design phase of construction project.
- Monitor costs throughout the project to ensure it stays within budget.
- Prepare tender documents and contracts for the project.
- Work closely with director of engineering, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the project is cost-effective and meets quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, preferably in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with contract administration and legal aspects of construction projects.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Khmer.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
