QA/QC Officer (1 Position)
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Location: Kompot Province, Tek Chhou Area
- Assist QA/QC Manager in preparing Method Statement, Inspection Checklists and QA/QC Records / Forms.
- Assist Project QA/QC Manager to review the Sub-Contractor's and Vendor's QA/QC deliverables i.e.Work Procedures, Method Statement etc. to ensure they meet the specified project requirements and standards.
- Conduct QC inspection and checking (Architectural finishing- carpentry works, walls, false ceiling, dry walls, doors, windows) based on Method Statement and Works Procedures.
- Check on Subcontractor's and worker's activities to ensure their works comply with project specification and international standards. He shall initiate Site Observation Report or Non Conformance.
- Report to the Subcontractors or workers for non-compliance with the requirements.
- Assist and support the Project Team in resolving any related quality issues / problems initiated by Consultant and Client at site.
- Compile and register the QC documents or records for filing, handing over and archiving system upon completion of the project.
- Prepare report on site QC inspection activities and submit to QA/QC Manager
- Check the construction drawings, specs, and prepare shop drawing plan & details.
- Bachelor’s degree Architecture or related field.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in construction industry
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the architectural finishing inspection and checking
- Experience in fit-out works is an advantage
- Good in written and spoken English
Senior Interior Designer
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Location: Koh Pich Island, Phnom Penh.
- Prepare 2D drawing from Schematic, Design development and Construction stage.
- Prepare realistic 3D Visualization
- Regular project site visit to ensure work quality and monitor progress according to design intent.
- Assist design team leaders in preparing project design progress report.
- Assist design team leader in developing design concepts together with the design project team and prepare documentation for tenders and construction.
- Assist design team leader client presentations and meetings, coordinating design concept with sub-contractor, consultant and vendors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related studies.
- At least 2-3 years’ work experience as a Senior Designer, Architectural, Technical drawing design.
- Able to read Architecture, MEP, Fire protection, Structural, Civil and Hvac/Mvac drawing.
- Able to work with less supervision
- Able to work in a fast phase environment.
- Proficient in English both written and oral to liaise with client and associates.
- Have a logical, analytical and creative approach to problem solving.
- Good listener and able to work as instructed by the managers.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

Interior Designer (4 Positions)
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Location: Koh Pich Island, Phnom Penh.
- To assist and work closely with the design manager, team leaders, and team members.
- To develop design through all stages from conception to completion.
- Work on interior design assignments that include conceptual and schematic design through project completion and report directly to the design head department.
- To assist in preparing schematic, design development drawings, tender drawings and construction drawings in form of 2d and 3d drawings.
- To assist in sourcing out materials, supplier and sub-con relevant to the project on hand.
- To assist in project site survey and measurement.
- Prepare meeting minutes, communicate design ideas and direction quickly to the team as per client’s, sub-con, vendors and project team requirement.
- Able to handle sub-con, vendors, supplier and sometimes client coordination meeting in-case design manger and team leader are not available.
- Perform other tasks assign by team leaders and design manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related studies.
- At least 2-3 year working experience as a Junior Designer / Technical Drawing Designer
- Able to read architecture drawing.
- Proficient in English both written and oral to liaise with associates.

Safety Officer
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Participate in planning meetings to identify anyhealth and safety concerns inherent in the operations daily work plan.
- Conduct toolbox meeting with sub-con & workers
- Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications.
- Implement Covid-19 safety precautions and safety measures.
- Ensure preparation and implementation of Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP)
- Reviewing and reporting on the workers, sub-conscompliance with health and safety rules and recommending commendations or dismissal based onperformance.
- Check & implement good housekeeping at project site and site camp or workers accommodation.
- Meeting company health and safety goals.
- Finding the best way to prevent future accidents
- Prepare and conduct safety talks and monthly safety promotion.
- Conduct first aid application in case of minor accident.
- Attend Weekly meeting with the client/consultant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in construction as Safety Officer
- With First Aid certificate course
- Diploma/Certificate in HSE or equivalent is advantage
- Good in written and spoken English Strict and Aggressive, Positive thinking, high commitment, teamwork, and willing to work hard and smart with positive attitude.
Structural Draftsman
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Location: Koh Pich Island, Phnom Penh.
- Produce shop/detail drawings after structural or senior structural engineer complete the structural analysis of any project.
- Establish BOQ after structural analysis work done.
- Do site visit and inspection on structural issue and provide related report.
- Conduct various tasks as assigned by management.
- At least 1 years working experience in structural design field.
- Good in English comprehensive
- Possess good technical knowledge in structural design.
- Strong mathematical ability and IT.
- Team working and communication skills
- Software design (Robot Structural Analysis Professional, CSI Etabs, Tekla, Scia Engineer…).
