Improve the capacity of the Cambodian SNAs in participatory, integrated and sustainable urban planning and land management in order to upgrade the urban poor settlements and ensure access to basic services for vulnerable communities.

Within the Project to improve Cambodian SNAs and upgrade the urban poor settlement of the Stung Meanchey Canal in Phnom Penh, through the support of the EU, Phnom Penh City Hall will facilitate in distributing a bank of materials for the families living in the urban poor area at the Sangkat Stung Meanchey Muoy, Khan Meanchey at the outskirts of Phnom Penh.
In this context, the Phnom Penh City Hall and AIMF are launching a tender offering three lots, and the companies can either choose one lot, several lots or all lots.
The first lot comprises of the delivery of construction materials for those families who have requested and struggling to build their homes. The second lot should provide the equipment for the families, while the third lot requires furniture, and the last two lots need not only be delivered but also installed in the families’ homes.
