Provincial Manager
Location: Kampong Cham Province / Other provinces
Report to: Area Manager
Position Objective
The Provincial Manager is responsible for leading and managing sales operations within the province. This includes team leadership, sales performance monitoring, recruitment, training, administrative management, and stakeholder engagement. The role ensures that sales teams meet or exceed their targets while maintaining strong community relationships and operational efficiency.
- Sales & Team Leadership:
- Manage, lead, and assign roles to the sales team for optimal performance.
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate sales agents’ plans to ensure target achievement.
- Support sales efforts by selling water purifiers when there is a shortage of sales agents.
- Track sales agents’ performance, provide feedback, and coach them to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strengthen and ensure accurate data entry into a structured system.
- Recruitment & Training:
- Recruit sales agents and volunteers to ensure adequate staffing.
- Organize and conduct training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide continuous coaching and mentoring to develop a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Performance & Customer Service:
- Observe sales agents in the field, provide guidance, and optimize their selling strategies.
- Ensure high-quality customer service, maintaining customer information for sales planning.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Community Relations:
- Obtain necessary permissions from local authorities to operate in designated villages.
- Engage with community stakeholders to facilitate smooth sales operations and resolve any issues in the target area.
- Operations & Administrative Management:
- Identify, rent, and efficiently manage a MDO for the sales team.
- Oversee administrative tasks to support smooth provincial operations.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in field Sales
- Qualification
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
- Requirements
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) organized
- Read and Write both Khmer and English
- Strong leadership skills.
