VTrust Appraisal Co., Ltd. is a Phnom Penh based appraisal firm to providing timely and accurate valuation services with code of ethical conduct, for local and international clients including banks, private companies, individuals, underwriters, government agencies etc... Since 2004 until present, we are the local market leader and the only firm carrying out all the Pre-IPO valuation so far. Our firm provides pre-IPO, residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural property valuations in addition to business valuation and consultancy valuations. With our 15 years’ experience of valuation has allowed us to accumulate an extensive database of independent real estate transactions across Cambodia. As an industry advanced, we have provided the real market value with highest educational and valuation professional standards of RICS from UK and Global. To develop the technical valuation of our team, they all trained by international experts from Netherlands, America, Malaysia and ASEAN Valuation Association.

Position Summary

Condition : Stand by at provincial

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Inspecting the subject by verify with provided documents
  • Measure the subject property both land and building
  • Taking photographs of subject and comparable
  • Comparable data collection
  • Completion of required reports
  • Communication with property owners and banks
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Gender : Male
  • Age : 18 up
  • Under graduate or fresh graduated university
  • Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate basic real estate
  • Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), internet, e-mail
  • Must have good driving record
  • Requires the ability to work independently with minor supervision
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and decision-making skills
  • Team work skill
  • High commitment and reliability
  • Honesty, integrity and responsibility
