Job Summary:
The Project Officer for the CHRA project is primarily responsible in providing support to the Project Coordinator and Trainers in implementing the project activities, conducting field mentoring and coaching for community media in 12 provinces, conducting the training/workshop and providing logistic support to the training, workshops and data tracking or other activities of the project.
- Involve in the planning of project activities under the unit.
- Organize and facilitate the training sessions, physical/virtual meetings, and workshops based on the project activities and other events under CCIM.
- Assist the Project Coordinator in budget planning and request budget for the training activities or events of the unit.
- Assist in the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the project activities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist the Project Coordinator in collecting and tracking the data of the participants or the number of articles published by citizen journalists and community media teams, as well as data on other projects for the content performance.
- Support the Project Coordinator in preparing and drafting periodic narrative reports
- Prepare monthly reports of the project to the Project Coordinator.
- Input database in M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) system for the project implemented by the unit.
- Assists in the delivery of training courses, or other workshops in accordance to the project agreement and agreed plans.
- Support in administrative and other supportive documents such as meeting minutes, meeting attendance lists, invitation letters, partners and target groups contact details listings.
- Work with the Trainers and the Project Coordinator in the preparation of the training courses such as drafting invitations, preparing request budget, finding quotations, booking venues, buying training materials, preparing attendance list, printing certificates and copying the documents for the training/workshop activities.
- Request budget for the field trip activities of the newsroom trainees and mentors around Phnom Penh or provinces.
- Monitoring and managing social media
- Monitor and ensure the quality of community media contents on Facebook pages and collect content engagement data on website and Facebook pages.
- Collaborate effectively with various units to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes and the successful achievement of project objectives.
- Assist in editing news article and producing videos
- Other duties
- Perform other tasks as required by the direct supervisor or Management Committee upon consultation.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Journalism, Social Sciences, or Project Management or any other related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in non-government organizations and other civil society groups.
- Satisfactory knowledge and skills in project designing, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

Webmaster

Job Summary:
The Webmaster is responsible for innovating and maintaining CCIM’s ICT systems, CCIM website and other ICT related web development work.
- Maintenance of organizational websites
- Maintain a data-driven WordPress website with a range of JavaScript vizualizations involving Chart.js, Mapbox, GreenSock and other tools
- Regular website check-up and troubleshoot
- Attend regular meetings with data editors and other team members\Assist researchers in producing infographics and other presentations of collected data

Job Summary:
The M&E Officer will work closely with the Resource Mobilization Director to monitor the progress and impact of CCIM’s strategic plan. She/he will cooperate closely with all the project teams to ensure that their respective M&E reporting are accomplished regularly for collation. The M&E Officer will ensure that all data and documents relevant to the implementation of projects are collected and kept in the M&E system.
- Assist heads of the units and project teams in collecting data on a regular basis.
- Assist units and project teams in formulating outcome and impact monitoring tools and assist in implementing them.
- Work closely with all units and project teams to ensure that all supporting documents related to the activities are collected and filed.
- Collect all the M&E reports from units and project teams for collation and production of global reports.
- Manage the organizing and safekeeping of M&E reports.
- Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor and relevant senior management team members.

Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for marketing and generating revenues to support VOD’s operations.
- Product development and promotions
- In collaboration with the different units of the department, initiate, review, and improve existing and new products and/or services for marketability.
- Propose pricing and incentives for each product and/or services.
- Develop promotional strategies for the products and/or services.
- Work closely with concerned units of the department in implementing the promotional strategies.

- Explore partnership with advertising agencies subject to approval by the VOD management committee.

- Assignment of website spaces for display advertising;
- Designing, presentation, and updating of marketing materials on the websites and social media platforms;
- Installing and updating of advertising plugins on the websites and monitoring the results thereof;
- Generating user data from websites and social media platforms for analysis for sales and marketing purposes
- Work closely with the Production Unit and concerned teams in integrating advertising and sponsorship in online and/or radio programs.
